A partner needed a product to sell in three months, not a project to run for three years

The challenge

Coforge needed a tourism platform it could take to market under its own brand, under a master services agreement, with the engineering carried by a partner. The product had to aggregate fragmented tourism data across customer journeys, assets, infrastructure, fleet operations, services and mobile interactions, turn it into actionable insight for several kinds of stakeholder, and serve web and mobile users. The timeline was three months from signed statement of work to go-live, and the result had to be OEM-grade, scalable, and built on a platform vision that could later support licensing rather than a one-off build. A conventional build for a platform of this scope would have run to years; the partnership only worked if the product was in Coforge's portfolio within a quarter.

What we built

We owned the product: vision, scope and architecture, with more than thirty specialists deployed from the UAE. TourMine was built on HuMoS, our modular business application platform, as six core modules: a customer journey server for analytics, a CRM engine, a fleet application engine, asset lifecycle management, a services management desk for requests and workflow, and native iOS and Android apps alongside the web application. The statement of work was signed on 1 September 2023, build ran through September and October, and go-live and commissioning completed in November 2023, followed by a twelve-month maintenance contract.

What remains

TourMine went live in November 2023 as a production OEM product in Coforge's portfolio, with the partnership continuing through ongoing support and releases. Triway retained ownership of the product and its intellectual property. What remains is a SaaS-ready platform under our own licence, and evidence that the ninety-day shape works for products as well as for internal systems: a scoped wedge, a modular platform underneath, and production inside a quarter. The six modules ship as one product but were built to be licensed separately, which is what makes the platform SaaS-ready rather than a single client build.
