Privacy policy

Triway Technologies LLC (“Triway”, “we”, “us”) is headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what personal data we collect through triway.ai, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We process personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, where it applies to visitors from other regions, the GDPR.

What we collect and why

  • Contact enquiries. When you use the contact form or email us we receive your name, work email, organisation, phone number if you give it, the service you are interested in and your message. We use this to respond to you and to follow up on your enquiry.
  • The readiness check. When you request the report we receive your name, work email, organisation, the hourly cost you may enter, and your answers to the questions. We use these to show you the report on the page and to follow up about it once. Your answers are stored against your record in our customer system so the person following up can see them.
  • Newsletter. If you opt in, on the readiness check, the contact form or elsewhere, we add your name and work email to our newsletter list and send you occasional notes on building AI-native operations. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email or by writing to us; we act on it within a few days and keep only a record that you unsubscribed.
  • Analytics. With your consent we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived here. This data is aggregated and we do not use it to identify you. See Cookies below.
  • Campaign attribution. If you arrive from a link carrying campaign parameters (UTM tags), we keep them for your visit and record them with any enquiry you send, so we know which campaign brought you.
  • Job applications. CVs and application emails are kept for the recruitment process and deleted within twelve months unless you ask us to keep them longer.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep forms working and protect them from abuse; they set no tracking identifiers and need no consent. Analytics cookies are set by Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics only after you choose “Accept analytics” in the banner shown on your first visit. If you choose “Essential only”, no analytics runs. Your choice is stored in your browser and you can change it at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer. Analytics cookies typically persist for up to two years unless you clear them.

Lawful basis

We rely on your consent for analytics cookies and for the newsletter, on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and following up on requests you make to us, and on the performance of a contract once an engagement begins. You can withdraw consent at any time; doing so does not affect processing that has already taken place.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to run the site, our customer system, our email and our analytics, under contracts that restrict them to processing on our instructions. Some providers process data outside the UAE under appropriate safeguards; analytics is provided by Google, which may process data outside the region under its standard safeguards. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not add you to marketing lists without your consent, and we do not pass your details to other organisations for their marketing. We do not make automated decisions about you that have legal or similar effects; the readiness check produces estimates from your own inputs and a person reviews every follow-up.

Retention and security

Enquiry and readiness check records are kept for as long as the conversation or business relationship is live, then archived or deleted. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained by Google for the period we configure, currently 14 months. Data is stored with reputable providers under contractual safeguards, and access inside Triway is limited to the people who need it.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, or to withdraw consent. Write to info@triwaytechnologies.com and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the UAE Data Office or, where the GDPR applies, to your local supervisory authority.

Changes

We update this policy when our practices change and show the date at the top. Material changes to how we use data you have already given us will be notified to you by email where we have one.
