The shift · 1 of 3Every enterprise of the last century was designed around the assembly line.

The shift · 2 of 3The next generation will be designed around intelligence.

The shift · 3 of 3The question is no longer whether your organisation adopts AI; it is whether AI becomes the way your organisation works.Triway exists to take you across that threshold

What we do

One partner across the whole transformation

Six practices, one accountable team. Strategy that ends in shipped software, and software that ends in a capability you own.

Flagship

AI & Automation

Production AI in your core systems, not pilots in a sandbox.

Agents, copilots and intelligent automation shipped into live workflows, wired to your core systems and measured on business outcomes.

How we work

Ninety days from first conversation to production

Most AI programmes stall at the pilot. Ours are scoped to reach live operations inside a quarter, then compound from there.

Phase 01

Diagnose

We map your value pools, workflows and data estate, then choose the wedge: the first system with the shortest path to measurable impact.

Weeks 0 to 2
Phase 02

Build

An embedded squad ships the first production system into real workflows, integrated with your core platforms and tested against live operations.

Weeks 3 to 8
Phase 03

Scale

We harden, govern and hand over. Your people are trained, your playbook is written, and the capability stays with you long after we leave.

Weeks 9 to 13
The model

An engineer in the room

Forward-deployed engineering (FDE) is how the ninety-day method happens. One of our engineers sits inside your organisation, learns how the work really moves, and builds the system around reality rather than a requirements document.

Week one onwards

Embedded, not visiting

Your office, your stand-ups, your systems. The engineer works where the work happens, from the diagnostic through to go-live, in your time zone and often at your desk.

Process first

The workflow as it really is

They map how a claim, an invoice or a case actually moves, including the workarounds nobody wrote down, then choose the wedge with the shortest path to measurable impact.

Not staff augmentation

An outcome, not a seat

The engineer arrives with a pod and a method behind them: an engagement lead, integration engineering and design on call. They own a number, not a backlog, and they are measured on moving it.

What remains

Capability that stays

Playbooks written, approval gates documented, your people trained. When the engagement ends, the system and the skill to run it stay inside your organisation.

The delivery model the frontier AI labs use, applied to your operations.

Destinations, not demos

What AI-native looks like

Not chatbots bolted onto old processes. Operating models redesigned around intelligence, with your people focused on judgement and exceptions.

Banking

Onboarding that clears in minutes, not weeks

KYC review, document intelligence and risk checks handled end to end by agents, with your analysts stepping in only on genuine exceptions.

Government

Services that resolve in both languages

Arabic-first citizen agents that understand intent, coordinate across departments and close cases without a single hand-off form.

Logistics

A supply chain that re-plans itself

Demand shifts detected overnight, routes and inventory rebooked automatically, and your planners briefed before the morning stand-up.

Client results

Proof, not promises

Featured engagements and what clients say about working with us. Every claim on this page is one we can evidence.

Built to travel

Global delivery, regional depth

One team across four countries, building for clients wherever they operate, with a depth in the Gulf that most global firms fly in without.

Data residency by design

Deployments on sovereign cloud, public cloud or on-premise infrastructure, keeping data inside whatever borders your regulators draw. Residency is a design input, never an afterthought.

Regulation, wherever you answer to it

Delivery aligned to the frameworks your board faces, from GDPR and SOC 2 to UAE PDPL, SAMA and the DIFC and ADGM regimes, with governance built into every system.

Proven where it is hardest

We run core systems for airlines, banks and enterprises in one of the world's most demanding regulatory regions, in two languages. Capability forged there travels well.

On the ground, in the room

Headquartered in Dubai with teams in India, the US and the UK, we cover your time zone, sit in your offices and stay through go-live and beyond.

Notes from the build

What we are learning shipping production AI into enterprises around the world: the patterns that work and the pilots that stall.

Why we rebuilt Triway around the ninety-day method

After twenty years running enterprise systems, we repositioned the firm around one promise: production AI, live in ninety days. Here is why, and what changed.
